It's no secret I love cameras and Photography. Ever since I saw these cameras in Urban Outfitters, I fell in love. I don't even care that they are made of plastic and probably aren't the best cameras, but just look at them! This one is called 'Love is in the air' and is a pretty blue with little clouds all over it.
[I'm not sure you can still get it, I bought it off ebay ages ago] These ones take 35mm film which is a little easier to get hold of and cheaper than the film that goes in a full size Diana F+.
Lomography is all about analogue photography. It started in the 90's in Austria and has become a way of life ever since. There's even the Lomography 10 golden rules. The cameras aren't top of the range and don't take the traditionally 'good' photos. But, that's the fun in Lomography, the expired film and over exposures are what make a lomograph. No two photos are the same, the light streaks, blurs, contrast and saturation are flaws to some, but to a lomography photo they are what make it.
